Sub-processors

OSAM Software, Inc. (“OSAM”) engages the third-party sub-processors listed below to process personal data on behalf of its Clients in connection with providing the OSAM services. OSAM has a written data processing agreement with each sub-processor that imposes data protection obligations no less protective than those agreed with our Clients. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or the UK, appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) are in place.

For Customers in the European Union, data is hosted in the EU; for Customers in the UK, in the UK; for Customers outside the EU/UK, in the US.
Changes to this list
OSAM will provide notice of any intended addition or replacement of a sub-processor, giving Clients the opportunity to object, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement. To be notified of changes, or for any questions, contact our Data Protection Officer at andrey@osam.ai.
